Gift vouchers – Terms & Conditions
Gift vouchers are issued by BermudAir Limited (hereinafter “BermudAir”).
  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Gift vouchers can only be redeemed against flight booking transactions on the BermudAir website‚ mobile app or call centre.
  • Gift vouchers are not for sale in Canada.
  • Gift vouchers purchased will be issued via email and will contain a unique single-use voucher code.
  • Gift vouchers codes are valid from the time of receipt.
  • All balance allocated to a single gift voucher code will be applied to a single flight booking.
  • If the value of the gift voucher exceeds the total amount of the booking it is applied to‚ the voucher's remaining balance will be lost.
  • Gift vouchers are issued according to the denomination selected at the time of purchase. The denominations are US$50‚ US$100‚ US$200.
  • A US$50 gift voucher carries US$55 in flight booking value.
  • A US$100 gift voucher carries US$110 in flight booking value.
  • A US$200 gift voucher carries US$220 in flight booking value.
  • Gift vouchers can only be purchased in US$ values but can be redeemed against flight bookings made in either US$ or CA$.
  • The gift voucher code can be used by anyone the purchaser chooses to gift it to.
  • The gift voucher code can be redeemed against fares on the flybermudair.com website or mobile app‚ in compliance with BermudAir's Conditions of Carriage including rules for refunds‚ changes‚ and cancellations.
  • The value of the gift voucher must be used in whole at the time of booking‚ with any excess due to be paid by other payment methods.
  • Gift vouchers can be used as payment for the total cost of a booking‚ including additional bags‚ sports equipment and associated taxes‚ fees and charges at the time of booking only.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed against hotel or holiday bookings available through the flybermudair.com website.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with a promotional fare coupon code.
  • By using the gift vouchers‚ the customer and passenger are subject to the application of BermudAir's Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal data‚ and the Terms and Conditions regarding the use of the flybermudair.com website and mobile app.
  • BermudAir is not liable for any damages arising from any kind of misuse of the vouchers or from its loss or disclosure to anyone other than the customer and/or passenger.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be resold or transferred for value or used for unauthorised commercial purposes.
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
  • In the event of either a voluntary cancellation where the fare rules permit‚ or a involuntary cancellation‚ a refund of the balance paid by the gift voucher will be provided in the form of travel credit.
