Unlimited Flight Pass
  • Flight Pass prices are displayed in US Dollars and transacted in US Dollars
  • The Flight Pass is not available for sale in Canada
  • Airport and government taxes‚ fees and charges will be charged and payable by credit card at the time of the Flight Pass credit flight booking
  • Purchase by 30 September 2024 for travel between 15 September and 15 December inclusive
  • Purchase only on flybermudair.com
  • Purchaser must have an active login account on flybermudair.com
  • An unused Flight Pass is cancellable with full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Bookings made within the 24-hour period will also be cancelled. Thereafter‚ Flight Pass and/ or unused flight credits are non-refundable and not available for travel wallet credit
  • Use of Flight Pass credit requires booking up to three days before departure
  • A Flight Pass credit booking may only be made on flybermudair.com website. Flight Pass purchase‚ retrieval or booking is not currently available on the BermudAir mobile app‚ or via the customer service center
  • Checked baggage charges apply plus applicable taxes and fees
  • Failure to cancel a confirmed Flight Pass credit booking more than 72 hours from scheduled departure or failure to present oneself at departure (“no-show’) is subject to a USD 100 penalty per passenger per flight booked
  • The Plus One option‚ allowing a named companion to travel accompanied on all flights by Flight Pass holder throughout the travel period‚ is available upon payment of a fee and registration at time of original Flight Pass purchase. No substitution of named companion will be allowed
  • Flight Pass or use of it credits is non transferrable. It is valid only for the person(s) named at the time of purchase
  • Any cancellation or no-show penalty owed will be collected by credit card. In the event of non-payment of penalties BermudAir reserves the right to suspend use of Flight Pass or cancel any active Flight Pass credit booking for either Flight Pass holder or Plus One companion‚ until such time as payment made. No compensation will be given for suspension duration
  • In event that willful misuse of Flight Pass‚ which may include sale or barter of Flight Pass‚ travel by non-designated Plus One travel partner‚ or multiple bookings on sequential days on same route resulting in no-show BermudAir reserves the right to cancel Flight Pass and all Flight Pass credit bookings without notice and compensation
  • All other conditions of travel‚ including baggage acceptance and allowance‚ adhere to the conditions of Economy Light fare rules‚ which is the governing fare family for the Unlimited Flight Pass
  • BermudAir reserves the right to withdraw and terminate the flight pass program‚ any issued passes‚ and issued booking at any time‚ including before the advertised end date of December 15‚ 2024.
  • BermudAir’s standard conditions of travel as outlined in its International Conditions of Carriage apply
