• Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• They may be redeemed toward flight bookings made on the BermudAir website, mobile app, or via the BermudAir Call Centre.
• Gift Vouchers are not for sale in Canada.
• Gift Vouchers may be purchased in any value between US $25 and US $4,000. (BermudAir reserves the right to increase the maximum amount available.)
• Vouchers are issued electronically via email and contain a unique voucher code.
• Gift Vouchers are issued in U.S. dollars (USD) and may be redeemed against bookings made in either USD or CAD.
• Gift Vouchers may be reused across multiple bookings until the available balance has been fully used.
• If the cost of a booking exceeds the remaining voucher balance, the difference must be paid using another accepted payment method.
• If the voucher balance exceeds the total booking cost, the remaining balance will remain available for future use until fully redeemed or until expiry.
• Gift Vouchers may be applied toward the total cost of a booking, including base fare, taxes, fees, and optional extras such as baggage or sports equipment—at the time of booking only.
• Gift Vouchers cannot be used toward hotel, holiday-package, or third-party purchases available through flybermudair.com.
• Gift Vouchers may not be combined with promotional fare coupon codes or discount vouchers unless otherwise stated by BermudAir.
• Gift Vouchers are valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.
• If a voucher expires and the customer contacts BermudAir, BermudAir may, at its discretion, reactivate or reissue the voucher.
• Where required by local law, longer validity periods (for example, nine years under New York State law) will apply to vouchers purchased in those jurisdictions.
• Treat your Gift Voucher like cash. BermudAir is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused vouchers once issued.
• Gift Vouchers may be used by the purchaser or by any individual to whom the voucher has been gifted.
• Gift Vouchers may not be resold, exchanged for value, or used for unauthorised commercial purposes.
• If a booking paid in whole or in part with a Gift Voucher is voluntarily or involuntarily cancelled, and the applicable fare rules allow, the amount paid by voucher will be refunded as BermudAir travel credit.
• Use of Gift Vouchers is subject to BermudAir’s Privacy Policy and Website Terms & Conditions. By redeeming a voucher, the purchaser and/or passenger agree to the processing of personal data in accordance with these policies.
